01. General Provisions
This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a definitive and legally binding proposal by the individual entrepreneur (ФОП), hereinafter referred to as the "Organization," to any individual or corporate entity (the "Donor") visiting or interacting with the processing platform donate-quran.org (the "Website").
By interacting with the payment matrix buttons, inputting dynamic allocation goals, and validating a digital checkout pipeline sequence, the Donor indicates complete, irreversible, and unconditional acceptance of all terms contained in this public covenant.
02. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Agreement is the voluntary transfer of capital funds as a non-repayable allocation (the "Donation") by the Donor to support international educational outreach campaigns, cultural textual preservation, and digital material distribution infrastructure networks overseen by the Organization.
03. Fulfillment Protocols & Tokens of Gratitude
Post-Transaction Distribution Delivery Sequence
Upon the successful cryptographic validation, clearing, and capture of any checkout transaction by authorized gateway parameters, the Organization guarantees the execution of the following fulfillment actions:
- ✔ An immediate, verified electronic digital copy (E-copy) sample text will be automatically dispatched to the Donor's designated communication endpoints or revealed via instant client side download redirects.
- ✔ All necessary companion structural documentation, digital educational materials, campaign progress summaries, and organizational payment logs will be assigned to the supporter's ledger profiles.
- ✔ For advanced institutional tiers (e.g., 125 volume milestones), the Donor's (*optionally) provided legacy custom string parameter will be permanently integrated into the layout prints of the physically distributed volumes.
04. Secure Payment Orchestration
All distribution allocations initiated through the interactive form are settled in US Dollars (USD) or localized regional banking streams via fully PCI-DSS certified, secure, and tokenized external gateway infrastructures (including Fondy and Payoneer). The Organization does not collect, analyze, or archive complete credit card footprints on its local web servers.
05. Non-Commercial Refund Exemption
Because transactions executed on this domain constitute voluntary charitable donations directed to immediate supply chain logistics, print queues, and live digital infrastructure hosting operations, standard commercial return properties do not apply.
